We're enjoying a wonderful Summer, with average daytime temperatures 'swiftly' above 30 degrees Celcius and with almost maximal humidity values. During nighttime, it remains pretty warm but, overall, we're getting used to it. It doesn't only feel like vacation, though, it IS ! Fortunately, we joined the little pool community in our neighbourhood. It's our daily moment of coolness and total relaxation. La vita è bella !!
In a couple of days, Jan & Katrien De Clercq's son (Stan) and his girlfriend (Annelien) will drop by (they will explore the North-Eastern part of the States) and stay for a few overnights. After 1 year (yeahhh, time goes fast ;o), our first sleepover guests ...
Our next excursion on the travelmenu is most likely gonna be Norfolk, which is a charming port city centrally located on the mid-Atlantic coast, with nearly 400 years of stories to tell. We'll see...
