Cassolette d'escargots au vin d'Alsace ??

Should be an easy dish, I have these little animals in massive numbers (snails are hermaphroditic, so of course they reproduce like crazy) in my garden and I have an eternal supply (and re-supply) of Alsace wines in the region. Some American consumers find the thought of escargot somewhat disconcerting, as snails are not associated with food in the United States, but in France and other European countries they are a delicateness ☺☺
