It is called the "Netherlands Carillon" (installed in 1954) and was offered in gratitude for American aid during and after WWII. The Carillon symbolizes and is dedicated to the friendship between the 2 countries and their common allegiance to the principles of freedom, justice and democracy. I'm still searching for the Belgian gift, but, believe me, if there is one, I will most definitely find it. More pix HERE.
