American mussels, prepared the belgian way, taste really nice !!

The wild harvest mussels from Hydes Point (Maine) taste really delicious ... despite they're rather tiny, they are yummy, yummy !!

It's true, being abroad for a long time makes you remember once and a while about the exquisite dishes and food we have or use to eat in Belgium. Even an ordinary "pakske friet met ne lange" produces gastronomic reflexes, imagine that ☺
